Return and Refund policy
At Ellyndale, we understand that shopping online sometimes means trying a few options at home to find the perfect fit and style. We’re happy to support that—while also caring for the small-batch, thoughtfully made nature of our collections.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, odors, stains, or damage. All original tags must remain attached, and the merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND SHIPPING DEADLINE
Before sending merchandise back, please contact us at info@ellyndale.com to request return authorization.
Once a return is approved and a prepaid return label is issued, the package must be delivered to the designated carrier within 7 calendar days.
A carrier acceptance scan is required to confirm that the return was shipped on time. Creating a label or notifying us of an intended return does not constitute shipment.
If the tracking information does not show a carrier acceptance scan within 7 calendar days after the return label is issued, the return authorization will expire and may be closed.
Returns shipped after the authorization has expired, or returns sent without prior authorization, may be refused, returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, or accepted for store credit only at Ellyndale’s discretion.
If you have already shipped your return but tracking has not updated, please provide a copy of your carrier drop-off receipt.
RESTOCKING FEE
Because our pieces are produced in limited quantities and must be carefully inspected and prepared for resale, a restocking fee applies.
A 10% restocking fee applies to returns and exchanges.
A 15% restocking fee applies to orders with an original merchandise value over $500.
As a thank-you for shopping thoughtfully, the restocking fee may be waived when an approved return is issued entirely as store credit. Store credit may be used toward a future Ellyndale purchase.
This option allows us to continue offering distinctive designs, responsible production, and accessible luxury pricing while giving our customers additional flexibility.
RETURN SHIPPING AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
When Ellyndale provides a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of that label will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item sent by Ellyndale.
We recommend retaining the carrier drop-off receipt until the return has been received and processed.
FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD
Qualifying U.S. retail orders with a merchandise subtotal of $300 or more receive complimentary standard shipping.
When merchandise is returned and the remaining order value falls below the $300 free-shipping threshold, the original standard shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Paid expedited shipping charges, including express and next-day delivery charges, are non-refundable.
TAXES
Applicable sales tax will be refunded only on approved returned merchandise and in accordance with state regulations.
Shipping charges, return-label charges, restocking fees, and other non-refundable charges may not qualify for a sales-tax refund.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Sale items, discounted items, promotional purchases, accessories, custom pieces, and special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not issued when a customer requests a return or when a return label is created.
Refunds are processed only after the returned merchandise has been physically received and inspected by Ellyndale.
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment and reflect the eligible merchandise value minus applicable restocking fees, return-label charges, shipping adjustments, and other deductions described in this policy.
Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for Ellyndale to process an approved refund. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
EXCHANGES
Exchange requests must also be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery and are subject to merchandise availability.
Replacement merchandise may be shipped after the original item has been received and inspected. Applicable shipping charges, price differences, and restocking fees may apply.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ellyndale.com.
Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging, and reported issue so that we can assist you promptly.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be subject to review.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
Our team works to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified after it has been placed.
If your order has not yet shipped, please email info@ellyndale.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist, but cancellation or modification is not guaranteed.
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.
Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
