RETAIL SHIPPING

Retail orders within the United States of $300 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping. Expedited shipping options may also be available at checkout for an additional charge. For orders under $300, customers may select from the available shipping options displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the carrier, destination, package size, and delivery service selected.

We primarily ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx from Ohio, USA.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING

Wholesale shipping is calculated separately after order confirmation based on carrier, package size, destination, and delivery method requested.Most wholesale orders ship within 3–5 business days for in-stock inventory.Opening wholesale orders require a $400 minimum. Reorders under $400 may be subject to a $25 handling fee due to small-batch fulfillment.Please note:

• Oversized or specialty items may require additional shipping adjustments  
• Certain statement styles may incur higher dimensional shipping costs
