Returns and Exchanges
At Ellyndale, we understand that finding the perfect piece sometimes means trying it on in your own space. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of delivery, while thoughtfully maintaining the integrity of our limited collections.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- With original tags attached
- In original condition and packaging
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any damage
Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined and returned to the customer.
Restocking Fee
As our pieces are produced in limited quantities and carefully handled, a restocking fee applies:
- 10% on all returns and exchanges
- 15% for orders over $500
Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If a prepaid return label is requested, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Sales tax will be refunded where applicable, in accordance with state regulations.
