At Ellyndale, we understand that shopping online sometimes means trying a few options at home to find the perfect fit and style. We’re happy to support that—while also caring for the small-batch, thoughtfully made nature of our collections.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

With all original tags attached

Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage

Returned in original condition and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.
RESTOCKING FEE (WHY WE HAVE IT)
Because our pieces are produced in limited quantities and carefully handled upon return:

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges

A 15% restocking fee applies to orders over $500
As a thank-you for shopping thoughtfully:
Restocking fees may be waived when a return is issued as store credit, which can be used toward any future Ellyndale purchase.
This option allows us to continue offering distinctive designs, responsible production, and accessible luxury pricing—while giving you added flexibility.

If items are returned or exchanged:

Original shipping is non-refundable

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

If a prepaid label is requested, its cost will be deducted from the refund

Sales tax is refunded only on approved returned merchandise, in accordance with state regulations
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD
Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping at checkout.
If items are returned or exchanged, the free shipping promotion no longer applies and applicable deductions will be made.

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will take care of it.

Order Cancellation or Modification
As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order upon request. If your order has not been shipped, please email: info@ellyndalecom with your order number.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order, as we cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched. We will prompt you to check all that before you confirm your purchase.
